Zimbabwe is located in Southern Africa, bordered by Botswana, Mozambique, South Africa, and Zambia. It has a rich cultural heritage, spanning many millennia, and has seen it name the country after one of its United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) conferred World Heritage site, the Great Zimbabwe. Arts and Culture are a vibrant industry in Zimbabwe, contributing millions of United States dollars to the fiscus from proceeds of exports of arts and crafts, and culture related trade.

 

Zimbabwe is amazingly endowed with natural beauty and possesses a great depth and diverse cultural and historical heritage, made up of people of different traditions and beliefs who boast of a very rich, exciting, and diverse arts and cultural systems. The country has excellent and globally acclaimed performing artists and sculptors. Resultantly, the country’s art products are among the finest African art one can find in the world.

 

Zimbabwe also prides of a vibrant tourism industry, contributing immensely to the fiscus and employment creation. It is a very beautiful and appealing destination with some of the finest and celebrated tourist attractions such as the Victoria Falls – one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Hospitality is embedded in our people and it is their second nature. As a result, the destination is always ready to welcome visitors and offer them a taste of the Zimbabwean hospitality. With National Parks taking up more than 13% of the country’s surface area, Zimbabwe is the perfect destination for wildlife enthusiasts. The country enjoys a pleasant climate and is ranked highly among destinations with the best weather.
